There is no call-out charge. Jobs are charged by the hour from when the engineer arrives; for longer jobs, such as a bathroom installation or replacement of a hot water cylinder, a free, written quote is provided and upon acceptance a 30% non-refundable deposit taken. All costs are subject to VAT.
